It is an offshoot of the Film and TV Connection in Los Angeles, which was started about 2 years ago and has about 1000 members. We feature networking at various events, such as parties, picnics, and mixers in local clubs. In addition, we are putting together a team of people to work on short projects. Initially, we'll be starting with low cost an …

This is a weekend kids program where they write, direct and edit a short film (no more than 5 minutes) in a 3-5 week session. He also placed in the 2011 Nicholl Fellowship (run by the Oscars). Chad worked for 3 summers at Olympic Film Institute in Scottsdale, AZ while he went to c …

I am a film scholar, and I am organizing a series of screening every Friday evening at the San Francisco Italian Cultural Institute. The movies will have (unless differently specified) English subtitles. Everyone interested in Italian culture, society, and language is welcome. After the movie there will be a short discussion, that we may continue afterwards in a good restaurant. See you all there!
